fwiw, he died penniless ya know.. had grown 'out of favor' w the public, never made enough to be flush in old age.
hey, the composer Bela Bartok who came here to escape the Nazis, was laid off at NYU's music school and died in a charity ward of a NYC hospical in 1945.
nice how artists and other cultural icons are totally disregarded and 'cast away' by society in their lifetimes.
most blogging IS a waste of time - I don't care about Susie going shopping at the mall w her other teen friends - zzzzzzzz..
